On VettedSaaS he leads the back-office and operations clusters, where the cost of the wrong tool shows up in a finance close that slips or a CRM nobody updates. He scores every tool against the same five weighted criteria and names the tradeoffs out loud rather than handing out uniformly high marks.

How I review
Every verdict I write is scored against the same five weighted criteria, set out in how we vet and methodology and scoring. I verify pricing and limits against the vendor in the same session I write them and date every figure. Advertising never moves a score; the wall between commercial and editorial is described in our disclosure and editorial policy. When we get something wrong, we fix it in public on corrections.
