We open one cluster at a time and publish it only when every tool in it has been through the rubric. CRM is live. See the full plan on the categories page.

Inside the CRM cluster

Vetted for how you actually work.

One ranking rarely fits every team. The segment lists reweight the same rubric for the buyer who is reading.

The methodology

No vendor has ever paid for a score.

Every tool is judged against the same five weighted criteria on a 100 point scale, drafted against the rubric, then signed off by a second analyst. We buy our own access. We disclose every affiliate link. When we get one wrong, we correct it in public.
