A2 Hosting

Speed focused shared hosting whose Turbo servers genuinely deliver, paired with renewals that climb steeply.

A2 Hosting builds its pitch around speed, and the Turbo plans back it up with NVMe storage, LiteSpeed servers and what the company markets as up to twenty times faster page loads than its standard plans. You also get free site migrations, free SSL, automatic backups on higher tiers and a familiar cPanel, plus anytime money back terms. Support, branded Guru Crew, is around the clock by chat, phone and ticket. The catch is the one that follows most budget hosts: the headline rates need a 36 month prepaid term, and renewals roughly double or triple. The cheaper Startup and Drive plans also run on standard, not Turbo, hardware, so the speed story really applies to Turbo Boost and up. For a performance leaning site that will commit to a long term, it is a strong value.

The scorecard

Fast hardware, familiar budget tradeoffs.

A2 Hosting scores well on performance thanks to its Turbo tier, the reason speed seekers choose it. Value is the soft spot, dragged down by steep renewals and the gap between standard and Turbo plans.
