Brevo
A low cost, multichannel sender that bills by emails not contacts, with SMS and chat built in for high volume lists.
Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, wins on price for anyone holding a large list. Because paid plans are billed by monthly email volume rather than contacts, you can store unlimited contacts on the free plan and pay only for what you send. Email, SMS, WhatsApp and live chat sit in one tool, along with a free CRM, automations and landing pages. The tradeoffs: the free plan caps you at 300 emails a day, deliverability and the editor are good rather than great, and some advanced reporting and the highest send volumes need the Business tier.

Value and channels lead the scorecard.
Brevo scores highest on value by a clear margin, because volume based pricing undercuts contact based rivals for large lists. Integrations and support are the softer areas.
