Freshdesk hits the sweet spot for most support teams. You get polished omnichannel ticketing, solid automation and a large marketplace without the enterprise price tag, and the paid tiers start at a fair nineteen dollars an agent. It is not the absolute deepest tool here, but for the money it is the most complete.
