Verdict · Help Desk

Zoho Desk

A genuinely full help desk at a fraction of the seat price, with a free tier on top.

Zoho Desk is the value champion of the category. It offers real ticketing, automation, an AI assistant in Zia and omnichannel support starting at seven dollars an agent, plus a free plan for up to three agents. The interface is denser than rivals and you get the most from it inside the wider Zoho suite, but on price for depth nothing here beats it.
