Rippling started as an HR and IT platform and now spans payroll, benefits, time, spend and device management, all keyed off a single employee record. Its workflow automation is among the best in the category: change someone's role and the system can update payroll, app access and hardware in one move. Global payroll and employer of record extend it well beyond US borders. The cost of that breadth is complexity and price. Rippling is modular and quote based, so the real monthly figure depends on how many pieces you switch on, and a very small team will pay for more platform than it needs.
