TriNet
An industry tuned PEO whose draw is rich, large group benefits and deep HR and compliance support.
TriNet is a professional employer organization that leans on its scale to offer large group health, retirement and risk plans, often tailored to specific industries like technology, finance or nonprofits. As a co employer it runs payroll, administers benefits and shoulders a lot of HR and compliance work, and it has added lighter payroll and HR platform tiers plus global payroll for companies that do not want the full PEO. The tradeoffs are cost and transparency. TriNet quotes everything, third party estimates put full PEO service well into the hundreds per employee per month before premiums, and reviewers flag renewal increases and extra platform fees.

Held against it
Benefits and support lead, cost and clarity are the trade.
TriNet scores well on benefits and compliance, the core of its PEO pitch, with industry tuned plans few rivals match. Value and ease are the soft spots, shaped by quote only pricing and reported renewal and platform fees.
