An ecommerce CRM lives or dies on two things: how cleanly it plugs into your store, and how well it turns order and browse data into the next sale. We reweighted our rubric around integrations and automation, then ranked the five that fit an online store best.

HubSpot
Best all in one for growing stores
For a store that wants CRM, email, ads and a help desk in one place, HubSpot is the most complete pick. The free plan and native Shopify sync get a small shop moving, and the paid tiers scale into real marketing automation. SMS is an add on and the bill grows quickly past Starter, so watch the contact tiers.
The default for direct to consumer brands. Klaviyo turns store and behavioral data into sharp segments, flows and SMS, with a free tier up to 250 profiles. It is a marketing platform more than a classic sales CRM, so if you need a sales pipeline and deal stages, pair it with one or look elsewhere.
The deepest automation builder of the group, with strong Shopify and WooCommerce ties and a capable CRM once you reach the Plus plan. There is no free tier and the sales CRM sits behind the higher plans, so the entry price is real, but few tools let you orchestrate cross channel journeys this precisely.
A genuine sales CRM with a free tier and the wider Zoho suite for support, books and inventory, which appeals to stores that want one vendor on a budget. Store integrations and ecommerce automations lean on configuration and connectors rather than presets, so expect setup work.
Overkill for a small store, but unmatched headroom for a brand heading toward enterprise, especially alongside Commerce Cloud and Einstein. Expect the highest cost and the most setup of the group, and budget for connectors to tie it to your storefront.
