Verdict № 01 · CRM

Salesforce

The deepest, most customizable CRM there is, and the steepest to learn.

Salesforce Sales Cloud remains the platform serious revenue teams measure everything else against. Nothing matches its depth of customization, its automation engine, or its ecosystem of integrations and AppExchange apps. The cost is complexity: it is expensive, it rewards a dedicated admin, and small teams often pay for power they never use. If you have the scale and the patience, it is hard to outgrow.

In one line
Unmatched depth and reach, if you can afford the complexity.
What we found

In its favour

+ Customization and automation go deeper than any rival, with custom objects, flows and APIs
+ The AppExchange and native integrations cover almost every tool a revenue team runs
+ Reporting and forecasting scale to complex, multi team sales orgs
+ Einstein AI and Agentforce add forecasting and assistant features on higher tiers

Held against it

Total cost climbs fast once you add seats, add ons and admin time
Setup and ongoing administration usually need a dedicated owner or partner
Smaller teams pay for breadth they will not use
The scorecard

Power and reach carry it, ease drags it down.

Salesforce tops the field on depth and integrations. It loses ground on ease of use and on value for lean teams, which keeps it just behind the more approachable leaders.

Buy it if you’re…

running a large or fast scaling sales org that needs custom processes, deep reporting and an admin to run it.

Skip it if you’re…

a small team that wants to be selling next week, not configuring objects and permissions for a month.
