Verdict № 01 · CRM

HubSpot

The most polished all in one CRM, with a free plan that is genuinely useful.

HubSpot CRM wins our top spot because it gets the hardest thing right: people use it. The interface is clean, the free plan is real, and Sales Hub scales from a solo founder to a full revenue team without forcing a replatform. You pay for that polish at the Professional tier and up, and power users will hit ceilings Salesforce would not have. For most teams, the tradeoff lands firmly in HubSpot's favor.

What we found

In its favour

+ Easily the smoothest onboarding and daily experience in the category
+ A free plan with real CRM, email tracking and meeting scheduling, no time limit
+ Marketing, sales and service share one contact record on the same platform
+ Deep app marketplace and strong native integrations

Held against it

The jump to Professional is a steep price step for small teams
Onboarding fees apply on Professional and Enterprise
Heavy customization and complex deal logic still favor Salesforce
The scorecard

Ease and support lead, depth is the only soft spot.

HubSpot scores at or near the top on ease, integrations and support. Its only relative weakness is raw configurability against Salesforce, which is why power heavy orgs sometimes look elsewhere.

Buy it if you’re…

a growing team that wants one platform for marketing, sales and service and values adoption over deep customization.

Skip it if you’re…

an org that needs heavy bespoke objects and process logic, or one watching every dollar at the Professional tier.
