Best for a shared texting inbox
A clean shared inbox, scheduled drips and keyword sign up suit an agent or a small brokerage, from $39 a month for 500 credits. It is simple to run without an admin, and the conversation view keeps every lead reply in one place.
Built around conversations rather than broadcasts, pairing two way SMS with calling in one inbox from $25 a month. For an agent whose first job is to answer a new lead fast, that focus pays off, though list blasts are not its strength.
The Launch plan at $25 a month, including a $5 telecom fee, is an easy on ramp for a solo agent, with templates and a local textable number. Per user fees and credit expiry add up as a team grows.
Pure pay as you go with no monthly fee fits an agent who texts in bursts around listings, at about five cents a US text. A toll free number adds $10 a month for two way, and the feature set stays basic.
More capable than its price suggests, with two way messaging, automation and deep links into tools like HubSpot from $25 a month. It rewards an agent willing to wire up workflows; it is less plug and play than SimpleTexting.
