Capsule

A clean, affordable CRM that pairs contact and pipeline management with light project delivery for small teams.

Capsule, from UK based Zestia, aims at small businesses that want a CRM they can actually keep tidy. Contacts, the sales pipeline and kanban project boards live in one uncluttered interface, and recent releases layer in AI summaries, contact enrichment and a pipeline generator. It is not trying to be a marketing suite or an enterprise platform: depth in any single area trails the big names, and the cheapest paid tier is light on automation. For a one to five person team that values simplicity and a fair price over breadth, Capsule is an easy CRM to live with.

What we found

In its favour

+ Clean, uncluttered interface that is quick to learn
+ Contacts, pipeline and kanban projects in one tool
+ Fair per user pricing with a free plan for two users
+ AI summaries, enrichment and a pipeline generator added

Held against it

Automation and reporting are light on the Starter tier
Single area depth trails larger suites and specialists
No built in phone, and marketing needs the Transpond add on
The scorecard

Simplicity and value lead, raw depth is the gap.

Capsule scores highest on ease of use and value, where its tidy interface and fair pricing shine. Features and depth sit lower: automation, reporting and marketing all live a tier up or in an add on.
