Freshsales, from Freshworks, is a likeable mid market CRM that bundles things rivals charge extra for: a built in phone, email, chat and AI scoring through Freddy. The interface is clean, the free plan covers up to three users, and the paid tiers stay affordable. It will not match the depth of Salesforce or the breadth of Zoho, and its ecosystem is smaller, but for small teams that want calling and contact management in one tidy package, it is an easy tool to recommend.
