Copper
A CRM that lives inside Google Workspace, built for relationship driven teams already working in Gmail.
Copper's whole pitch is Google. It installs into Gmail and Workspace so closely that contacts, deals and tasks surface beside your inbox, with email, calendar and Drive syncing automatically. For agencies, consultancies and other relationship led businesses on Google, that tight fit removes a lot of busywork. The tradeoffs are real: there is no free plan, no built in phone, the lower tier omits a true sales pipeline, and seat prices run higher than several rivals once you reach the useful tiers.

A CRM that disappears into Gmail, so relationship work stops feeling like data entry.
In its favour
Held against it
Ease and Google fit lead, value is the tradeoff.
Copper scores well on ease and on its Workspace integration. Value and outright depth are softer: you pay a premium, and the cheapest tier omits core sales features.
Scored against the same five weighted criteria we use across CRM. See the rubric →
