It plugs deeply into Shopify, BigCommerce and Magento, surfaces order data beside each conversation and lets agents refund or edit orders without leaving the ticket. The model is different too: you pay by ticket volume rather than per agent. That rewards lean teams with steady volume but can sting when a busy month blows past your tier.
