HubSpot Email
Free, capable email marketing wired straight into HubSpot's CRM, with real depth on the paid tiers and a steep climb to reach it.
HubSpot Email is the email side of Marketing Hub, and its biggest draw is what sits behind it: a genuinely free CRM. You get a drag and drop editor, list segmentation and basic automation at no cost, all reading from the same contact records your sales team uses, which makes alignment between marketing and sales effortless. The catch is the upgrade path. Real automation, A/B testing and reporting live on Professional, which is a large jump in price, the plans bill by marketing contacts rather than sends, and a one time onboarding fee lands on the upper tiers.

Held against it
CRM tie in and reach lead; value is the catch.
HubSpot Email scores high on integrations and features because it sits inside a full marketing platform. Value pulls the total to the mid 80s, since the jump to Professional and the contact based billing make scaling expensive.

a team that wants email and CRM in one platform, with marketing and sales reading the same records.
a buyer who only needs a standalone newsletter, or one watching cost as the contact list grows.
What it costs
