Typeform

The most beautiful way to ask a question, if your response volumes can carry the bill.

Typeform built its name on one idea: show people one question at a time, make it feel like a conversation, and completion rates climb. That respondent experience is still the best in this category, and the editor is a pleasure to use. The catch is pricing tied to monthly response caps that are tight on the lower plans, so a popular form can outgrow its tier fast.

What we found

In its favour

+ The respondent experience is the best in the category, with one question at a time and high completion rates.
+ A clean, modern editor with logic jumps, recall, and tasteful design defaults out of the box.
+ Strong native integrations plus Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier reach for the rest.
+ VideoAsk and conversational features set it apart for engagement led forms.

Held against it

Pricing is keyed to monthly response limits, and the Basic plan caps you at 100 responses per month.
Once a plan hits its cap, the form stops collecting until you upgrade.
Heavy data tables and dense multi field forms feel cramped in the one at a time format.
Value for money trails cheaper builders if you collect at any real volume.
The scorecard

A premium feel with a volume tax

Typeform earns top marks for design and respondent experience and solid marks for logic and integrations. The score is held back by value, where response caps make popular forms expensive relative to flat priced rivals.
