Wufoo
A dependable old hand at building forms, showing its age against newer rivals.
Wufoo helped define the online form back in the 2000s and is now part of SurveyMonkey. The builder is fast, the reports are clean, and the reliability is rarely in question. What holds it back in 2026 is a look and feel that has not kept pace, monthly entry caps on every paid tier, and a $0.05 charge per entry once you go over. For straightforward forms it still works, but the polish and the value sit behind the leaders.
