Klaviyo
Best for ecommerce at scale
For a large retailer, Klaviyo turns first party data into revenue with segmentation and predictive analytics few can match, and it holds deliverability at volume. Pricing by active profiles is the line item finance will watch.
Enterprise tiers add SSO, HIPAA support and custom reporting on top of the strongest automation engine in the category. It rewards a team with the appetite to build, and onboarding is a real project.
Email inside HubSpot means one platform for marketing, sales and service, with governance and reporting to match. The ceiling is high and so is the price, with Professional gating most enterprise features and an onboarding fee.
Now part of Intuit, Mailchimp scales further than its small business roots suggest, with solid templates and analytics. Granular governance and automation depth still trail the dedicated enterprise tools.
Send based pricing and a strong transactional and marketing split make Brevo efficient for organizations that mail very large lists. Enterprise governance features are newer than the incumbents.
Multi language support, webinars and an enterprise MAX tier with dedicated support suit distributed teams. The all in one breadth means some modules are less specialized than a focused rival.
