Built for regulated, workflow heavy organizations, with approvals, HIPAA on the Teams tier, and document and signature products alongside forms. Pricing is per user and steep, so it suits teams that need the governance, not casual form makers.
The enterprise standard for feedback programs, with team workspaces, governance, and analysis at scale on the Premier tiers. It is a survey platform first, so for transactional or back office forms you will want a dedicated builder alongside it.
