Verdict № 01 · CRM

Dynamics 365

The enterprise CRM that pays off when you already live in Microsoft.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is a deep, enterprise grade CRM whose biggest advantage is where it sits: inside the Microsoft stack, next to Teams, Outlook, Power BI and the Power Platform. For organizations standardized on Microsoft, that integration and shared data model are hard to beat. For everyone else, the licensing is complex, the learning curve is real, and a partner is usually involved. It is a strong fit for a specific buyer rather than a universal pick.

In one line
A natural fit inside Microsoft, a harder sell outside it.
What we found

In its favour

+ Tight integration with Microsoft 365, Teams, Power BI and the Power Platform
+ Enterprise depth in customization, automation and analytics
+ Copilot and conversation intelligence built into higher tiers
+ Scales to large, complex global sales organizations

Held against it

Licensing and add on structure are genuinely complex
Steeper learning curve, and a partner is often needed to implement
Value is weak unless you are already invested in Microsoft
The scorecard

Depth and Microsoft fit lift it, ease and value weigh it down.

Dynamics 365 scores high on features and integrations within the Microsoft world. It loses points on ease of use and on value for teams that are not already Microsoft shops, which sets its overall mark.
